At Natuurlijk Presteren, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs.

Only the return costs from your address to our online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €4.95 per package. Returns must always be made through our own returns portal , unless our customer service indicates that you may also return via your own shipping method (including track & trace).

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at klantenservice@natuurlijkpresteren.nl .

If the product or packaging is opened or damaged beyond what is necessary to assess the product, we reserve the right to charge for the reduction in value or refuse the return altogether. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure proper packaging when returning it.

After registering, you'll receive a link with information about returning your order. You can use this link to create a return label and send the package back to us.

We will refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has been received by us in good order.

Special conditions for bundles including free products

If you purchased a bundle that includes (one or more) free products, these products are only free if you keep the entire bundle. If you decide to return (some of) the paid products from the bundle, the free products must also be returned.

If the free products are not returned or have been used and can no longer be resold, we reserve the right to charge the value of these or deduct it from the amount to be refunded.

Digital products (such as e-books) that are part of a bundle do not need to be returned, but if part of the bundle is returned, you will be charged at the regular retail price.
