Ca 3 jaar geleden voor het eerst aangeschaft. Gebruik het middel regelmatig en het helpt me goed om te slapen. Na enige weken treedt bij mij gewenning op, maw middel werkt niet meer. Ca half jaar geleden toch weer aangeschaft. Nu werkt het wel maar alleen in dubbele dosis, dus 2 capsules tegelijk.
