Safe dosage of B vitamins

With B vitamins, dosage is very important. Especially vitamin B6, you can easily overdose. To prevent this, we have added B6 in its active form, so that it cannot accumulate in the blood. In addition, we have kept the dosage well below the safe upper limit, so that you can be sure that you are not taking too much.

We have actually increased the dosage of B12, because many people have a chronic deficiency of B12 and they are less able to absorb this vitamin from food. It is not possible to get too much B12, because a surplus leaves the body through the urine.
